1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of delta.co.zw (the “Site”), operated by Delta Corporation Limited (“Delta”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Legal drinking age

Delta markets alcoholic beverage brands on this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal drinking age applicable in your country of residence. The Site is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone below that age. In line with our responsible-drinking commitments, please enjoy our products responsibly and do not share alcohol-related content on the Site with minors.

3. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for general information about Delta, its brands, investor relations, careers and sustainability activities. Certain sections (for example, tender submissions, career applications or the Investor Corner) may have additional access conditions, which form part of these Terms where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected network or systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, frame, or create derivative works from the Site’s content, except as permitted under Section 5 or with our prior written consent.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers or similar) to access or extract data from the Site without authorisation.
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Site (including career, tender or investor forms).

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, brand names, images, video and the Site’s design and structure — is owned by or licensed to Delta and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. No other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, is permitted without our prior written consent.

Delta brand names, logos and trademarks referenced on the Site may not be used without our prior written permission.

6. Investor and financial information

The Site may publish trading updates, financial statements, AGM notices and other investor-related content. This information is provided for general reference and does not constitute investment advice or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Please refer to our Disclaimer for further important information about the use of this content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms (“Linked Sites”) for your convenience. Delta does not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content, terms of use or privacy practices of any Linked Site. Accessing a Linked Site is at your own risk, and you should review its own terms and privacy policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Zimbabwean law.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without prior notice, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Site, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date below indicates when they were last revised.
