Programme Objectives

  • Build a deeper understanding of the total business and the role played by a Team Leader.
  • Give participants an opportunity to work on real, current business challenges.

Target Population

The Team Leader Development Academy is designed for –

  • Employees earmarked for Team Leader positions on their succession plan.

The Learning Process

The learning process is deliberately diverse and includes –

  • Class lectures and case study discussions.
  • Syndicate discussions and plenary sessions.
  • Experiential “Action-based” learning through a Business Project.

Programme Structure

The formal delivery of the programme will be spread over a period of 40 (forty) training days – modular form, block release. The intention is to provide a period of time between study blocks for back-at-work reflection and consolidation.
