Delta Corporation Limited (“Delta”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who visits delta.co.zw (the “Site”) or otherwise interacts with us online. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and to related digital channels operated by Delta. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, or to the separate privacy practices of Delta subsidiaries and associates (including African Distillers Limited, Schweppes Holdings Africa, National Breweries Plc – Zambia, and United National Breweries – South Africa), which may issue their own notices.

- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (for example, a recruitment or supplier process).
- Compliance with a legal obligation (for example, shareholder disclosure requirements under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act and ZSE Listing Requirements).
- Our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Site, provided these do not override your rights.
6. How we share your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Group companies and subsidiaries, for internal administration.
- Service providers who support the Site (e.g. hosting, IT and digital agency partners) under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Professional advisers, auditors and regulators, including the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe and the ZSE, where required by law.

Subject to applicable law — including Zimbabwe’s Cyber and Data Protection Act — you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

11. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and in line with our responsible-drinking commitments, we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
12. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you to take care when sharing personal data online.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date below will indicate when changes were made. Material changes will be signposted on the Site.
