Programme Overview

The Mandel Executive Development Programme (EDP) is an 8-month blended learning experience designed to equip senior managers, functional heads, and executives with the capabilities to lead transformation and drive performance in dynamic markets across Southern Africa. Participants attend 5-day in- person sessions each month, combining classroom learning, experiential projects, and executive coaching.

Assessment & Certification

Participants are continuously assessed through reflections, simulations, and applied projects. The programme culminates in a Capstone Presentation to a panel of executives. Graduates receive a Mandel Executive Development Programme Certificate endorsed by Delta Corporation.
