This Disclaimer applies to delta.co.zw (the “Site”), operated by Delta Corporation Limited (“Delta”, “we”, “our” or “us”). It should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookies Notice. By using the Site, you accept this Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the Site.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any dispute arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
